We need Used computers working or not to recondition and donate to people in need.
The people we donate to, both locally and abroad.

We take Pentium4 with 2 gig CPU and above only, because in most cases anything older than that is somewhat redundant today. Also like pcs with athlon cpu's on them 2000, xp or better CPU.  We do not take printers and we usually don't take monitors,  with the exceptions of LCD monitors that we take working or not as long as they are not physically destroyed. Iit costs a lot to get rid of them. Please do not bring us old windows 98 machines as there isn't anything in them you can update to run all of todays software and applications especially for education. Please do not bring us stripped computers that have no parts left in them as we are not a disposal.

We accept used parts; hard drives 80 gig or more please and memory 1 Giog and above. Thanks for your help.

The people we focus our donations on are Single moms and Dad's  with kids in school, cancer patients, college kids, the elderly, and on occasion grade schools. Basically anyone who can't afford one that needs on line support and the extra resources on line that a computer will give him to improve their lives and education.

We also have a large domain of IRC support groups going on efnet. The support channels as follows.  #cancer-survivors, #Dialysis, and #Grief_Support.    The easiest way to access these channels is through an irc client like mIRC or Xchat.  Lots have mirc and are very familiar with it, but for new people Xchat is the easiest to get going and be in the channel immediately. To access us from the web, try our webchat link

We are not a tax free or a business, this is a support group project for the Cancer-Survivors support group.  There are no tax write offs for donating to us.  We help others because we can and for no other reason.  This also helps keep equipment in use longer and out of landfills.  Why dispose when you can help others.

email enquiries to Ron bear_hunter49@yahoo.com for questions on donating or any of our sevices
